Time to Dance

I don't think I ever got to show anyone these pictures. We were just driving down this dirt road in Utah and we came across this sign. We were headed down the old Mormon Wagon road. I thought about posting these because Russ & I were watching the news and there was a segment on Idaho colloquialisms. They called Mormons "carrot snappers." Can anyone tell me what that is all about?
